Carpet Samples
Our website allows you to select up to 4 carpets from our vast carpet range to have sent to you free of charge. This gives you the opportunity to test colours against your walls & furniture before settling on a particular carpet. This will also allow you to get a feel for the quality of carpet that we provide.
Choosing a Carpet Sample
To choose a sample, simply search our carpet range section (see 'Choose A Carpet' above) and click on a particular carpet. You will then be presented with additional information on the carpet you have selected, and can also add an item to your 'cutting basket' by clicking the 'Order Cutting' button.
Placing a Cutting Request
Once you have added all of the carpets that you would like to receive (currently limited to 4 carpet samples), you can proceed from the basket to the order form by clicking 'Place Order'. If you have navigated away from the cutting basket, you can return to it at any point by clicking the 'View Basket' button at the top of the screen.
The 'Order Cuttings' page collects delivery information so that we are able to send the free carpet samples directly to your address.
Please note that our website uses session cookies to identify your basket, and so if you close your browser or leave it idle for too long your cutting basket will empty.
