Made at our own factory in the traditional carpet town of Kidderminster using Grosvenor Wilton’s traditional Wilton looms. Our expert craftspeople ensure that quality is guaranteed at every stage of the production process.
Available in 6 neutral shades to suit many interior design styles these stylish herringbone runners have been designed to offer a truly original and contemporary floor covering for both the domestic and contract market. They are also highly durable thanks to the natural resilience and toughness of the Herdwick wool from which the yarn is made.

British wool textiles still enjoy a reputation for high quality based on tradition, history and the quality of raw materials. The Herdwick Herringbone Runner is a niche, traditional product for the home which falls naturally into the category of contemporary British style.
Hardy coarse wool of the Herdwick sheep provides the fibre for these iconic runners, which in turn is spun into yarn at a Yorkshire spinning mill. The classic herringbone twill is inspired by fine wool cloth woven for the discerning tastes of Savile Row and created by weaving the yarn into carpet.
Styled, hand-crafted and tailored in Kidderminster, the Herdwick Herringbone Runners are produced on heritage Grosvenor Wilton carpet looms. Woven using a combination of undyed wool yarns, combined with or paired with black, the colours reflect the earthy rustic palette of the Cumbrian hills and fells.
